For the invitation of Commission on Sustainable Development – CSD, Mr. Zhang Honglu the Chairman of the board attended the 16th convention. Commission on Sustainable Development – CSD is subject to Untied Nations Electronic and Social Council. Electronic and Social Council is established under Charter of United Nations. It is the main organization which assorts with economic and social matters of 14 specialized organizations of United Nations, 10 professional committees and 5 regional committees. It also is in charge of 11 foundation and programming offices.

    Electronic and Social Council provides the central forum to discuss internationally economic and social problem and give suggestions for the membership and whole system of the United Nations. It takes charge to promote the living standard, employment and development of economy and society. It also in charge of solving economic, social and sanitary problem; In addition, it helps to accelerate International cultural exchanging, educational cooperation and proposes respect of human right and basic freedom. It sponsors the searching and reporting of above motioned matters. It also sponsors and organizes the significant international conventions about economy, society and related fields. Electronic and Social Council has extensive right and its right is involved more than 70% of human and finance resource in United Nation system.
